At ZeroTwo, we are so confident in our wheels and products that we guarantee all to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for five years from purchase date, providing you are the original owner (valid proof of purchase required). 
Any hassles, contact us to log your claim and we will replace any issues that fall into the manufacturers 
guarantee and have you back on your bike in no time. 

To maintain quality standards, you will need to follow the following easy steps to get your wheel to us for replacement:

​1. Contact us and book your damaged wheel in for repair.

2. Box the wheel up with proper protection and our couriers will collect it, we will replace the broken rim and return it to you to get you back on the trail.

We know that you will love our products as much as we do – and riding them is what it is all about. But, let’s be honest, accidents happen when we ride. ZeroTwo offers all original owners a lifetime Loyalty Guarantee Program on  carbon rims. This program covers accidents which fall outside of our warranty coverage for any reason. You break it, we will help you replace it.
